CNC Programmer
Ref: DMW-VAC-701
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to develop multi-axis toolpaths and G-code for complex aerospace, energy, and high-precision oil and gas industrial components.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and verify CNC programs for multi-axis (3-axis & 5-axis) milling machining centers.
- Design, model, and program multi-operation custom fixtures and mechanical workholding set-ups.
- Optimize feed rates, cutter speeds, and machining parameters for hard alloys (Titanium Grade 5, SS316L, Inconel).
- Verify structural code Integrity with machine-simulation packages (Mastercam / Vericut) to avoid machine collisions.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of professional CAM/CAD programming experience (Mastercam or Fusion 360 preferred).
- Deep understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards and mechanical blueprint blueprints.
- Prior hands-on setup/operation experience on 3-axis & 5-axis vertical machining centers.
Turning Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented CNC Machinist to set up and operate our workshop's fleet of high-precision Goodway GS-200 Series turning centers (equipped with live-tooling, bar feeders, and sub-spindle capabilities) inside our climate-controlled DIP 1 facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and operate our Goodway GS-200 Series CNC turning centers.
- Work confidently with live-tooling configurations for integrated secondary operations (cross-milling, axial drilling) and sub-spindle back-work transfers.
- Set up physical workholding, mount chuck jaws, adjust collet systems, and configure automatic bar feeders.
- Load turning inserts, drills, and live tools, setting precise tooling offsets and managing insert wear on the controller.
- Perform in-process quality audits on tight-tolerance cylindrical components using calibrated micrometers, thread rings, calipers, and optical comparators.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of professional hands-on experience setting up and operating live-tool CNC turning centers.
- Complete familiarity with live-tooling, sub-spindle operations, and Fanuc/compatible controller interfaces.
- Proficient at interpreting complex mechanical drawings, G-code syntax, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) indicators.
- Absolute dedication to keeping a safe, pristine, and meticulously organized work floor.
